Packaging
Everything ships in a recyclable mailer with the garment wrapped in tissue and a printed packing slip carrying your WASTD Edition number. No plastic polybags. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or opened, photograph it before unpacking and send us the photo — that makes the courier claim straightforward.

- How much does shipping cost?
- ₹29 anywhere in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, ₹99 elsewhere in Maharashtra, and ₹149 for the rest of India. The exact figure is calculated from your PIN code and shown as its own line at checkout before you pay — no handling fee, no packaging charge, nothing added afterwards.
- When does my order ship?
- Orders placed before 6 PM IST on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, go out the next working day.
- How long does delivery take?
- Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad typically take 7–12 days from dispatch. Everywhere else in India takes 8–15 days. Remote pincodes in the North East, Andaman & Nicobar, Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir sit at the top of that range, occasionally a little beyond.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Not yet — India only. International shipping is planned; join the newsletter to hear when it opens.
- Will I get a tracking number?
- Yes. You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment the courier scans the parcel, and you can check status any time on the track order page using your order number and email.
