We do not collect or store your payment card, UPI, or netbanking details ourselves — all payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, in accordance with their own security standards (PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure). We may also collect limited technical information automatically (such as browser type and general usage data) to help us operate and improve the Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: process and fulfil your orders, communicate with you about your order (confirmation, shipping updates, support), operate our loyalty program if you participate in it, and improve our products and Site. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only with the service providers necessary to fulfil your order and operate the Site: Razorpay (payment processing), our logistics partners including Shiprocket and Delhivery (order delivery), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Supabase (secure database and application hosting). Each of these providers processes your information solely to perform their function for us and is contractually/technically restricted from using it for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your order and account information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, and as required to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for its processing, subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records (such as order and payment history) for legal and accounting purposes.
